    This Beckenham villa is unique, for not only does it provide four bedrooms, each with its own private bath, but it also has added a new fully enclosed, temperature controlled, all glass extension out onto the back deck for maximizing the lagoon, woods and fairway views.  This updated villa has a great room where the living area consisting of sleeper sofa, love seat and chairs face the scenic views and entertainment center. The wicker center offers a TV, DVD and VCR and stereo system. The dining area offers a glass topped table with seating for six and a glass topped side pine table. The adjoining kitchen, with pass through, has a large tiled floor, which is found throughout the great room, white appliances and views of the peaceful landscape.



    The sun room addition is entered via the sliding glass door in the living area. Glass roofed, as well as walls of glass, offer a most enjoyable scenic setting. A beautiful stone floor and two outside entrances from two side decks make it easy to enjoy the ambiance of the natural setting. Two lounge chairs as well as two matching wicker chairs and table are offered.



    There are two masters, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds, TV's, chair, matching end tables and lamps, a chest and private baths. Each bath offers a combination shower and tub. Each of these two masters facing the scenic fairway and wooded views have sliding glass doors which lead out to their own private deck with built in benches. A gas grill is also on one of these decks.



    The third bedroom offers two queen beds, TV, private bath with combination shower and tub. The fourth bedroom is very unique, for when was the last time you stayed in a bedroom that offered a "Murphy bed!" Yes this queen sized bed easily folds out from the wall into a spacious bedroom that offers a sitting area, desk area and private bath.

    The walk to the beach is approximately seven minutes. Nearby, on the ocean, is the Westin Hotel with shops and restaurants'. Guests staying at this villa, Beckenham 111, have special privileges that allow use of the Westin Hotel outdoor pool, indoor pool and exercise facility. Also right across the street is the Port Royal Racquet Club. Just steps away is the small Beckenham community pool.
