This 2BR/2BA Colonnade villa is in the Shipyard Plantation. This attractive villa has a great room layout with the living, dining and kitchen in virtually one open spacious area.
The living room offers views of a lagoon and the fairway. Comfortable seating is provided with a matching couch and loveseat. For your entertainment, there is a digital 32" High Definition TV with cable digital recorder. Around the corner is a personal computer with high speed internet access. There is also a sound system for music discs. Off the living room is a private deck with pond and fairway views.
The dining area and kitchen has a tiled floor. The dining area seats six. The kitchen is complete and off the kitchen is the laundry room.
The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and matching dresser and end tables and entertainment center with TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks and combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and private bath with shower. Each bathroom has a hairdryer for you convenience.
The large pool and hot tub is less than a two-minute walk and is situated in the center of Colonnade overlooking a pond. The walking and bike path to the beach is just a few steps from your door.
