Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from March 1, 2009 until September 7, 2009.
Named for the Fazio Golf course it borders, this ideal family or golf vacation villa offers 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a private bath, overhead fan, TV and a VCR. Your covered private deck directly overlooks the pool where you can view the kids playing and swimming.
Your spacious living room with two sofas (one of which is a sleeper sofa), two recliners, TV, DVD and VCR also affords direct views of the pool via large windows.
The spacious kitchen has just been remodeled with granite countertops, tile floor and has been freshly painted. The kitchen extends one to the breakfast area, offering a table with seating for six. Off this area is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with seating for six more people.
The first floor bedroom has two twins and a vaulted ceiling. On the second floor is the master with king bed and separate master bath. The third bedroom offers two double beds. Both of these upstairs bedrooms have views of the pool.
This villa now offers high speed internet service. A gas grill is provided which must be replaced by the guest.
Centrally located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation, you are a 3-minute car or 8 minute bike ride to the beach; next to the Fazio Clubhouse; and an easy walk to tennis and Alexander's Restaurant.
