    Tucked away in beautiful Shipyard Plantation, you'll find this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, lovely villa overlooking the golf course, perfect for a small family vacation or a couple's get-a-way.  This is a two level villa with the living and dining area on the first floor and the bedrooms on the second floor.  The dining area and living room each seat six.  The sleep sofa and love seat are done in a rich coral color that brightens the room and gives a true beachy feel.  There's also a comfortable swivel chair and the TV and VCR are enclosed in the beautiful armoire.



    As you enter the property, you'll find a convenient and dramatic half bath on your right.  The fully equipped kitchen and intimate breakfast nook will be on your left.  Straight ahead is the living room with a wonderful view of the golf course, palms and native vegetation.  This can even be seen from the kitchen while you prepare the families favorite meal.  Enjoy the view from the small deck, with seating for 4.  



    Upstairs on the second floor are two bedrooms and two full baths.  The master suite contains an off white cottage chic comfy king size bed, dresser and two night tables, a TV and a walk-in closet.  The bath has a beautiful modern vanity with Corian countertop, and a tub/shower combination.  The guest room has two twin beds, also done in white furniture and two closets.  There is a full bath in the hall with a "golf" theme.
