    Upon arriving at this lovely two story, 2nd row cottage, just steps to the beach, you are greeted with a quaint picket fenced yard and a path directly to the ocean.  This home has the perfect beach ambience.  Three bedrooms with one king, one queen, two twins and a double sleeper sofa and a laundry room are housed on the first floor.  The queen bedroom has a private bath and a TV/DVD set.  The king bedroom has a TV and Internet access and shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom with TV.  Inside the entryway is the double sleeper sofa.  There is also access in 2 bedrooms to a patio with a dining area and the pool.



    The second floor has attractive wood flooring and consists of a large dining and living area with tray ceilings, kitchen, and a master bedroom.  The living and dining areas are aptly decorated with beachy colors such as a large light blue sofa and shell motif coffee table and an extra seating area with wicker chairs and another shell motif table. A large TV, stereo, and DVD player are featured as well as a decorative fireplace and a dining table with 8 chairs.  A fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, and a wonderful screened porch with another dining area and a peek of the ocean make a comfortable open floor plan.  The master bedroom, with king, has a large private bathroom, a TV, and a window AC unit for extra hot nights.



    Located on N. Forest Drive and biking distance to Coligny Plaza where there is ample shopping and restaurants, this cottage is great for families or ideal for a couple retreat.

          

    *Pool can be heated upon request at an additional charge with two weeks notice.  Please note that this pool can not be heated from November 1st through March 31st.
