    Tucked away in its own enclave of vacation townhomes, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is perfectly situated along the fairway on one side and directly across from the small community pool on the other. This large, open floor plan with a peaked ceiling running throughout the great room, offers a spacious, tranquil and comfortable vacation environment. Somewhat surrounded by ponds, with turtles begging for morsels, and the fairway bordered by a picturesque split rail fence, you will soon discover that you have chosen the perfect hideaway.



    This charming, well appointed villa offers a great room with decorative only fireplace, large blue plaid sofa, club chair with ottoman, white end tables and coffee table. Additionally, tucked behind the sofa is a wet bar and tape stereo system. Off the living area is a tiled sun room which includes a sleeper sofa couch, coffee table and entertainment cabinet with TV, VCR and DVD. The sun room offers great views of the fairway and pond. At the other end of the living area is the dining area with white wood table and seating for six. Adjoining this dining area is the all white kitchen with white cabinets, appliances and tiled floor. There are also two breakfast bar stools. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with side by side washer and dryer.
