    This attractive and spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5-bath villa is located in the heart of the Sea Pines Plantation and an easy walk to the famous Harbourtown with its many shops and restaurants, yacht harbour and red and white striped lighthouse. Additionally, conveniently located is the Harbourtown Golf Club, home the Heritage of Golf Tournament. The villa complex also features it's own pool and, as it's name implies, four tennis courts for your enjoyment.



    The villa is up on the second floor and is two stories. The main floor is the living, dining and kitchen area, with a new refridgerator and stove, and up a flight of stairs brings you to the two bedrooms each with their own baths. This villa also offers two balconies that overlook a lagoon surrounded by oaks and pines.



    The living area has an Americana theme with wood floors, sunny yellow walls providing a light & bright, cheery ambiance. The two couches, one a love seat, the other a sleeper sofa is blue plaid with two red-framed pictures of secluded beaches. The rest of the living area offers a pine armoire with TV and DVD player and swivel rattan rocker. A large sliding glass door opens up onto a balcony with chairs and end tables and a view of the lagoon and trees. The adjoining dining area has a blonde wood dining table with seating for five. The light wood flooring extends into the kitchen with white cabinets and appliances. A pass through over the sink offers direct views into the living area. Also in the kitchen is a light wood breakfast table with two chairs. Off the kitchen is the laundry area with a side-by-side washer and dryer. Completing this floor is a half bath.



    The bedrooms are both located upstairs. The first bedroom is the master with a king bed, wicker end tables, wicker love seat and chest with a TV and VCR and a large chest that matches the bed.  The master also has a balcony with the same tranquil quiet outdoor setting of lagoon and woods. The master bath has a white tiled floor and combination shower and tub, all lit during the day from an overhead skylight. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and private bath with a combination shower and tub.



    Racquet Club features free tennis on four clay courts, a great pool and is just steps away from the paved bike trail that will take you everywhere in Sea Pines.  Racquet Club is also located within easy walking distance to the famous Harbour Town Marina with all its shops, restaurants, and lighthouse.
