    This is a wonderful 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home, 3rd row in North Forest Beach with heated pool* and spa*, elevator and recently built. This magnificent home has a Nantucket look and feel to it with is gray clapboard exterior, white trim and wood shutters. The architectural appeal continues with beautiful columns inside and out, high ceilings, elaborate moldings, French doors, a stone floor throughout the whole first floor, white wainscoting and four wonderful balconies, two in the front and two in the back which overlook a lagoon and fountain.



    The great room is spacious and beautifully decorated and offers a large sitting area with a decorative fireplace, a living area with TV and DVD, multiple couches and chairs, and a wonderful open kitchen totally looking out into the great room and an adjoining dining area. The sitting area offers a couch and chairs oriented to the fireplace with its beautiful white wood mantle as well as offering views of palms just beyond the back balcony. The gourmet  kitchen has all stainless steel appliances as well as a Jenn Aire cooktop surrounded by granite countertops. A large granite center island faces the entire great room.



    The family TV area includes two couches, leather coffee table and red palm print cushioned chairs and is all oriented to the book shelves with a flat screen TV and DVD. Here you will also find the wireless modem. The adjacent dining area has a upscale country feel to it with its beautiful large pine table and eight black distressed chairs that match the massive hutch. This whole open great room with its two large white columns, numerous windows and great views with access to the scenic balcony all combined to produce a wonderful upscale vacation environment.



    The first of the six bedrooms is located on the first floor. Here you will find a beautiful master bedroom with a king bed with matching end tables and armoire which has a TV with DVD. The master bath has a large soaking tub, separate shower and separate his and her sinks. This first floor also offers a granite half bath and separate laundry room.



    Upstairs, the second master bedroom features a king bed and a palm and tropical motif. The armoire has a TV with DVD. There is also a private door which leads out to the balcony. The master bath has a separate shower, large soaking tub and separate sinks. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bath, with each bedroom having a separate entrance. One bedroom has a queen bed and armoire with TV and DVD. The other bedroom has a beautiful king bed and matching armoire with TV and DVD. Both of these bedrooms have private French doors that lead out to the upper balcony. The view offered from this balcony is of a lagoon and fountain with a tiny glimpse of the ocean. The fifth and sixth bedrooms also share a bath which has dual sinks and a shower. Both bedrooms offer twin beds and have access to the front balcony. The "girls" pink and white room also offers a TV with DVD and VCR.  



    Outside, the beautiful pool* and spa* along with a gas grill await you. Surrounded by a tall privacy fence and a garden like setting, this pool area is sure to be a great gathering area for the whole group. The favorite place, however, is most likely going to be the ocean which is less than a minute's walk away.
