    Shorewood villas have just completed a total pool and pool area renovation resulting in a most exciting and beautiful oceanfront pool complex that the Island has to offer. This large, sunny pool, children's pool and spa are set amongst towering palms. The wonderful flowering landscaping adds to the total ambiance of this very appealing tropical setting.

    This 3 bedroom and 3 bath oceanfront Shorewood villa is an exceptionally charming, beautifully decorated villa that is on the ground floor with it's own private balcony and staircase out to the beach. The Shorewood complex offers a beautiful, seasonally heated ocean front pool, a spa, baby pool, lush landscaping and a gated entry and is located just a few blocks from Coligny Circle with its many shops and restaurants.



    The villa décor is a blend of Nantucket, Americana, Nautical and Southern charm. Here you will discover white plantations shutters, stars, flags, tropical fabrics, lighthouses, sail boats, all woven together creating just the perfect vacation environment.



    The living area offers views of the ocean and balcony and has a blue and white trimmed sleeper sofa couch and love seat, fluted armoire with TV, DVD and VCR, white wicker chair, matching Queen Anne chairs all surrounding a white wicker glass topped coffee table sitting on a red floral area rug. Stashed away in the corner for decorative effect are an assortment of rods, paddles and nets.



    The dining area extends from the living area, so you have the same view of ocean and palms. The wood dining room table seats six and continues the eclectic Americana feel with sailboat wall paper, a painted primitive desk, a white distressed bookcase and wood beach chair accented with a collection of country pillows.



    The white tiled kitchen countertops, white appliances and wood floor are made all the more inviting and charming due to the blue and white wallpaper, blue and white lighthouse and red accents provided by red curtains, red lamp shades and two red crabs. Behind a bifold door is the washer and dryer. Sitting beside the countertop are two breakfast bar stools.



    Off the living area is the first of three bedrooms, the master bedroom, which looks out to the ocean. Offered is a queen bed with a matching colorful bedspread headboard and curtains. Here you will also find a chest of drawers with a TV and built in DVD and a private bath with a combination shower and tub. The second bedroom, with a sailboat nautical theme, offers a queen bed and private bath decorated in a tropical fish theme. The third bedroom, also decorated in a nautical theme, offers two twin beds with a red and white fabric headboard and matching curtains and private bath with a combination shower and tub. This villa offers a truly inviting, warm, comfortable and exciting vacation feeling.
