This attractive 2 bedroom 2 bath, 3rd floor villa, is located in the Port Royal Area, located within an easy walking distance to the beach and offers access to the Pools, both indoor and outdoor and exercise facilities of the nearby, oceanfront Westin Hilton Head Island Hotel. The Village House complex offers an elevator and also has a nearby pool located at the Devonshire complex that is only a minute's walk from the front door.
This 2 bedroom end villa offers a wooded view and as an end unit has additional windows as well as two separate balconies. The nicely furnished living area offers a sleeper sofa, love seat, two comfortable club chairs and an entertainment center with TV, DVD and VCR. Sliding glass doors exit out to a secluded, private balcony with two lounge chairs, table and chairs. The dining area, with a tiled floor has a glass topped table with seating for six. The adjacent kitchen is positioned to provide easy viewing into the living area.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, several chests and end tables, phone and TV. The private bath has a combination shower and tub. Off the hallway is a stacked washer and dryer. The second bedroom offers two double beds, multiple chests, TV and access to the second private balcony. There is also a mini fridge and microwave. The private bath has a combination shower and tub.
The close proximity to the beach and Westin (approximately 2 - 3 blocks), the advantages of an end unit on the third floor with extra windows for a light and bright atmosphere, the wooded settings and the Westin pool amenities make this a very desirable vacation villa.
Please Note: there is a two dog maximum with a combined weight of 125 pounds. There is an additional non-refundable $50 Village House Pet Registration fee as well as the $75 non-refundable pet fee. |
