    This is an exciting, totally renovated from floor to ceiling, 3 bedroom, plus bonus bedroom, 4 full bath villa at Water Oaks that directly looks out at the pool. This villa has been beautifully decorated and wonderfully updated to include granite countertops, new wood floor, new carpets, all new furniture and multiple wall mounted flat screen TV's, not just in the living area, but also in every bedroom.



    The living, dining and kitchen flow from one area to the next producing one large great room. The living area offers a suede sofa and matching love seat centered on the large flat screen TV.     Centrally located inside the North Gate of the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort your villa is ½ mile to the water's edge.   It is a leisurely 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to the beach, and all amenities.



    Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a   FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants.  This shuttle will run from  March 28, 2010 until September 30, 2010.
