Prospective Owners

Thank you for researching us. We have an incredible rental program to share with you. Incredible because our program not only produces outstanding rental income but also offers terrific care and maintenance.

Our goal was never to become the biggest rental company on the island. It was to be the best!

To accomplish this goal we have invested heavily in both advertising and quality through our inspection program. Our formula for success was simple. Listen to learn what owners want and develop a rental program that truly meets or exceeds their expectations.

The company, founded in 1981, was purchased 10 years ago by us. As a former corporate executive in marketing and advertising for 25 years, I know how to create demand for a product, in this case, a vacation home or villa on Hilton Head Island. We have been exceptionally successful in generating reservations for our properties, which is why we have grown from 85 properties to 275 properties.

The geographic range of properties on our program extends from Sea Pines to Port Royal. We can provide guests with every type of accommodation from one-bedroom villas, to seven bedroom homes. We set new reservation records every year, in both home & villa rentals with the home sector experiencing the greatest growth.

We believe we have the best inspection program on the island, thus helping to ensure the greatest care and maintenance for your property. We offer 100% inspection service meaning we inspect both before and after a guest arrival and departure. Our inspection program has exceeded others as we even inspect periodically through the slower months. This high level of care and maintenance helps ensure the quality and protection of your investment.

As a locally owned and operated business we can offer exceptional personal service via a professional and caring staff. We have a deeply rooted culture and history of providing the best support possible.
