    This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa offers a unique split level floor plan featuring 10 ft ceilings and plenty of windows providing for beautiful views of the large lagoon below. On the main floor of this villa you will find a spacious living room equipped with a TV, VCR and DVD player. Decorated in neutral tones the living room is furnished with a leather sofa(Queen size sleep sofa) loveseat and recliner. Sliding glass doors from the living room area lead out to a balcony with outdoor seating for four.

    The dining room will accommodate 6 people and you will find a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. Additionally there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

    Upstairs on the split level of this villa are two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has been furnished with a King bed, TV and private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers 2 Twin beds and a full bath.

    Guests staying at the Anchorage Villas can enjoy the on site pool and are within easy walking distance to the Marina and its variety of shops, restaurants and live entertainment. Beach access is courtesy of the Palmetto Dunes beach buggy offering complimentary service from Shelter Cove to the beach in Palmetto Dunes.    

    The community pool is heated or cooled year round to keep the water in the mid 80's.

    Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from April 1, 2011 until September 30,2011.
