This fabulous 7 bedroom 5.5 bath totally remodeled home that sleeps up to 20,with pool* spa* and games is a fourth row home, which is a one minute walk to the beach. This incredible home has been totally transformed producing a wonderful vacation property that has just come onto our rental program this spring. The high level of excitement surrounding this beautiful home comes from many factors. First and foremost, it was totally designed with the vacationer in mind. Next, as mentioned, it is just a one-minute walk to the beach. Third it is less than a one-minute walk to Coligny Plaza with its many shops, restaurants (including the Aqua Restaurant), bakery, boutiques and supermarket. Fourth, it offers exciting things for the kids including the pool, ping-pong, , shuffleboard, even horseshoes, and a small 4-hole putt putt. So for your reunion, should you want something new, close to the beach, close to Coligny Plaza and filled with fun things to do that can accommodate up to 20 people and at a great price, 17 Avocet in North Forest Beach is it.
A description of the outstanding reunion vacation home starting with the second floor includes a large great room with bamboo flooring and, of course, new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a 36" cook top, light cabinetry, breakfast bar with seating for three and pendant lighting. The adjacent dining area offers a large table with seating for ten. Adjoining this area is the living room with a sleeper sofa, additional chairs, coffee table and a large flat screen TV. Off the great room is a large deck overlooking the pool with table and chairs.
The first of seven bedrooms is the master which has a canopy king bed, large private bath with dual sinks, TV & DVD and access to the large upper deck. The second master also offers a king bed, TV, DVD and private bath dual sinks and a small balcony. The third bedroom provides a queen bed and shares a bath with the fourth bedroom, which also offers a queen bed. Completing this floor is a half bath.
The first floor provides the three remaining bedrooms. The 5th bedroom has a king bed, wet bar, flat screen TV/DVD, and a private doorway to the pool area. The 6th bedroom also has a queen bed and while the room is smaller, it has a private bath and has private access to a hot tub*. The seventh bedroom will clearly be the kid's bedroom, for here you will find 2 sets of bunk beds with each set providing a pull out trundle bed (producing sleeping for six), a TV with DVD and a Play Station. This 7th bedroom shares a bath with the 5th bedroom. Completing this floor is the laundry room.
Now let the games begin, for this home offers more game choices than any other home on Hilton Head Island. In the separate game room area you will find Ping Pong. Outside there is a the pool which includes a type of swim up bar, shuffleboard and a horseshoe pit, 4 hole putting green and a separate hot tub*. With all that this home has to offer and its proximity to the beach and the plaza, this will be the vacation with something for everyone. (There is parking for 5 plus cars.)
