This is a very exciting 6BR/ 5BA, third row home, with heated pool* and spa*, perfect for the vacationers looking for it all. This is a beautifully decorated yet, comfortable home. You'll discover striking hardwood and stone floors, marble countertops, large screen TV, wet bar, stunning lighting and lovely furnishings. It has tons of space, a huge great-room and large family room all conveniently located less than a minute from the beach or the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza.
Upon entering, you step into the living area as part of the great-room, with hardwood flooring, high ceiling, color-coordinated couch and chairs, an armoire holding TV and VCR and model sailing ships on the mantle over the decorative fireplace.
The kitchen area, has a large 3-sided island that has a marble countertop. The center of focus is supported by colorful, stained glass, hanging lights. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and desk. The dining area, which is the third component of the great-room, provides a pine table with seating for six under a stunning chandelier.
A few more steps off the great-room brings you to a large "L" shaped family room with stone floors and three plush overstuffed couches all situated to view the 52" TV with VCR and DVD. Additionally, there's a beautiful bar area with black marble countertop, mini-refrigerator and leather bar stools. Further down the hall is a full bath.
In the west wing on the second floor, is one of two master bedrooms in the home. This bedroom has a king-size bed, TV and master bath with a spa tub and separate rain shower. Down the hall is a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and third bedroom with two bunks beds and two additional twin beds (a total of four twin beds). Both of these bedrooms are serviced by a full hall bath with a combination shower and tub, double sinks and decorated in stone and tile.
The east wing has the second master bedroom with a king-size bed, armoire with TV, glass door out to a private balcony, overlooking the pool, and stone and tile master bath. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds and TV while the sixth bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and TV. Both of these bedrooms share a full hall bath.
Outside, you'll be able to lounge on the patio or swim in a large, 25' x 15' heated pool* and spa*. There is a nice size deck with table and chairs, Tiki Bar with mini-refrigerator and nearby gas grill.
As mentioned, less than a minute away is the beach in one direction and Coligny Plaza in the other direction. This is a great home, new to our program, and understandably will be a favorite of all who visit.
* Pool and Spa may be heated upon request at an additional charge with two weeks advance notice.
