This is a lovely, bright and nearly new 4BR/3BA home with pool on Bradley Beach Road. The home is an easy 5-minute walk to the ocean through a beach park, which includes a playground for children.
This inviting and charming home has a vacation ambiance, for inside you will find various photographs and artwork depicting scenes at the beach. The living and dining areas are spacious, enhanced by a cathedral ceiling. The living room has two couches, one a sleeper sofa, a rocking chair, and an armoire with TV/VCR and DVD. The dining room has a white wooden table with seating for six and a matching chest, all situated beneath a stunning pewter and glass chandelier. There is a sliding glass door off the dining room, which leads to a deck with steps down to the pool. The bright kitchen has light bleached wood cabinets, tiled floor, all white appliances and a sunny breakfast table. It also has a D.S.L. line for your computer.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor. Here you will find a white clapboard king bed and matching chest with a TV and DVD. The master bath has dual sinks, and a separate bath and shower. Completing the first floor is a laundry room.
Upstairs are three bedrooms. One bedroom, with white wicker and wood furniture, has a queen bed, TV/VCR, and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The other two bedrooms each have a set of twin beds, a TV, and share a full bath.
