This 4BR/3BA home, with small heated pool*, offers fun, charm and excitement as part of an enclave
of homes built with the vacationer in mind. Take a short picturesque walk through a
beach park with playground, then stroll down a raised boardwalk through pine trees and you will be at the beach in just 4 minutes. The small beach park also features
a new children's playground. Beach wagons are provided for transporting your beach
chairs, coolers and sand toys to your place in the sun.
This home is beautifully furnished throughout .The great-room consists of a living area
with TV/VCR and large overstuffed couches, one a sleeper sofa, and a dining room with
a country pine hutch and table that seats eight.
The modern kitchen is light and bright with a breakfast bar and separate table seating four.
The master bedroom is positively exciting as it has a huge four-poster king bed and
private bath. This floor has the laundry room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms each with a TV. One bedroom has a king bed and shares a
bath with a bedroom that has 2 twin trundle beds. The last bedroom has twin beds and a private full bath.
Additionally, there is a private backyard with a small in ground-pool, which is overlooked by the second story deck perfect for sunning and watching the kids play.
For larger groups you may add a 3, 4, or another 6 bedroom Bradley home that is either right across the street or next door, perfect for the family reunion, corporate, or golf outing.
*Pool heated upon request at an additional charge with two weeks advance notice. Please note that this pool can not be heated from November 1st through March 31st.
