One of four homes available on Bradley Beach Road. These are perfect for family reunions. Close to each other and within a few minutes walk to the beach via the beach park with playground at the end of Bradley Beach Road.
This 6 BR/4.5 BA home with smal heated pool* is a very inviting vacation home set amongst other pastel colored homes near the beach.
Inside this exciting home, you quickly discover its unique feature, it offers two living areas. The first is found as you enter--for here you'll discover two blue & white striped sofas set amidst a vacation nautical theme. Here also is a matching coffee table and armoire, which contains a TV, VCR & DVD. The attractive light peach tiled floor will lead you into the "L" shaped great room. Three matching sofa and chairs sitting on a sisal area rug highlight the living area. Set off to the side is a natural wood louvered armoire with a TV, VCR, and DVD.
Adjoining, is a unique square dining room table that includes two bench chairs, which contribute to a seating capacity of eight. The light attractive kitchen with beautiful natural wood cabinets offers a large breakfast bar with seating for three and all white appliances. Off the dining area is a sliding glass door, which leads out to a deck with chairs and charcoal grill. This unit has high speed internet that may be used wired or wireless.
Also, on this first floor is the first of six bedrooms. This bedroom, beautifully furnished offers a queen bed, matching end tables and chest of drawers with a TV. There's a private bath with two separate sinks and combination shower/tub. Completing this floor is a half bath and separate laundry.
Up the stairs you'll find a master bedroom with all matching furniture and a king bed. The armoire contains a TV & VCR. This bedroom has a private bath. The third bedroom also has a king bed along with a TV. This bedroom shares a bath with dual sinks and shower with the fourth bedroom, which has twin beds and TV. The fifth bedroom with all matching wood furnishings has a queen bed and shares a full bath via a private entrance with the sixth bedroom, which has twin beds and TV and hall entrance to the bath. Each bedroom has either a DVD or VCR.
Outside you'll find a very private small pool*, along with pool furniture, which backs up to woodland. The beach is a short five-minute walk through the beach park, with playground, onto a raised boardwalk.
*Pool heated upon request at an additional charge with two weeks advance notice. Please note that this pool can not be heated from November 1st through March 31st.
