This 1BR/1.5BA oceanfront villa offers an exceptionally exciting view of the ocean, pool and lagoon in a beautiful landscaped setting of palms and oaks. This terrific view can be seen from the living, dining and kitchen area as well as the master bedroom.
A walk through the sliding glass doors of the living area brings you to a private balcony for the best view. Here you can relax while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean and pool. Inside, the nicely decorated living area offers a sleeper sofa with matching love seat and chair, TV with VCR and DVD and, of course, the view. The dining area has a dining table with seating for six, ornate lamps and mirror.
The kitchen has a tiled floor and peninsula breakfast bar with additional seating for two. The bedroom with matching furnishings offers a king bed, TV and, once again, the exciting ocean, pool and lagoon views. The master bath has a large spa tub with shower. Additionally, this attractive villa has a half bath, washer and dryer.
The Barrington Arms resort, in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, offers an expansive sunny pool at the ocean, along with a large outdoor spa, shaded pavilion and grilling area. The Barrington Properties offer an ideal vacation retreat.
Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from March 5, 2007 until October 14, 2007.
