From your large private balcony you'll enjoy the view of the ocean and lush tropical grounds, including meandering lagoons, fountains and palms.
This 2BR/2BA villa has been completely renovated and redecorated in 2004. All new furniture, decor, appliances and baths.
It has a completely new kitchen and breakfast bar. Closeby is the laundry area. The living room has the look and feel of the west indies with its new decor. A sleeper sofa faces a gorgeous oceanview through the sliding glass doors. Adjoining the living area, is the dining area which easily seats six.
There is a 42 inch flatscreen high definition TVand DVD in the living area and the king bedroom also has a TV/DVD. The second bedroom has a TV/VCR.
Both bedrooms and baths have been exquisitely redone to suit your vacation wishes. The master bedroom offers a king bed with private master bath and spa tub. Second bedroom has a double bed and single twin bed and private bath.
You'll enjoy direct views of the ocean throughout your villa, including living rooms and bedrooms. The large balcony is perfect for greeting the sun at the start of each new vacation day.
Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from March 5, 2007 until October 14, 2007.
