    This exciting 1 bedroom 1.5 bath is ideal for the couple or couple with children. Reading the guest comments book describes the villa as wonderful, great, cozy, loved the view from the balcony, had a great time staying here and thanks for letting us enjoy your second home.



    The Barrington Complex offers a fantastic sunny pool next to the beach along with a spa. There are various levels of decks around the pool with lounge chairs, shade pavilion and all of this surrounded by a lagoon system with fountains and bridges and flowering plants. There is also a charcoal grilling area.



    The villa offers a great room consisting of living area, dining area and kitchen with a view. The living area offers two full size sofas, one of which is a sleeper sofa. Both sofas are oriented to the ocean view and entertainment center, which includes a TV, DVD and VCR. The oceanview comes from the large windows and sliding glass doors, which opens up to your private balcony. To further enjoy the pleasant and relaxing setting of ocean, beach, palms and oaks are four outdoor chairs and a table, a perfect setting for the morning coffee or lunch.



    The dining area offers a new wood and bronzed dining room table with seating for four. The tiled kitchen has been designed for maximum viewing pleasure so it affords views out to the balcony and beyond. Completing this section of the villa is a half bath and a closeted washer and dryer.



    The bedroom, with all new furnishings, includes a beautiful black four poster king bed, great matching end tables with lamps and a matching large chest with a TV VCR player on top. Sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony. The bath has a vanity area and separate is a combination spa tub and shower.



    The great Palmetto Dunes Plantation coupled with this oceanfront resorts fabulous pool at the beach and the comfort of this villa all add up to the guest book comments "Thanks we enjoyed our stay. It was everything we expected. Love the view and would return again."



    Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a   FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants.  This shuttle will run from  March 28, 2010 until September 30, 2010.
