This spacious 3 bedroom townhouse is just steps from the pool and a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Guests of 160 Beachwalk will be delighted to find the villa offers a living room, fully equipped kitchen, den with TV and DVD player, a bright dining area plus an elevated outdoor deck with table, 6 chairs and a lounge chair.
On the main floor of the townhouse there is a large sunken living room with fireplace, sofa and loveseat. Down a short hallway the villa opens up to a great room area consisting of the kitchen, den and dining area. Sliding glass doors from the den lead to the outdoor deck. Here on the main floor there is a ½ bath as well as a full size laundry room.
Upstairs in the master bedroom you will find a king bed with TV and a private bath. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds with private bath and the third bedroom offers an additional 2 twin beds and a private bath located in the hallway.
The on site pool at Beachwalk is sure to please every member of your family and the beach and Shipyard Beach House are a short walk away. Bike enthusiasts will find the bike path begins at the Beachwalk complex and winds throughout this picturesque plantation.
