This one bedroom, 2 bath villa is located on the second floor and is an end unit featuring a spacious wrap around deck which overlooks the lagoon and golf course. Mexican tile greets you as you enter the villa and discover the spacious living room with ample seating by way of a Queen size sleep sofa and loveseat. The living room is equipped with a TV and DVD player. The living room opens up into the dining room where a table and 6 chairs can be found. Adjacent to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with another table and four chairs.
The nautical theme of this villa is carried into the spacious Master bedroom furnished with a King bed, TV and VCR. In the Master bedroom there is a second Queen size sleep sofa offering additional sleeping space, if needed and the laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
The large on site pool is within easy walking distance and the beach and the Shipyard Beach House are within a few minutes walk. Beachwalk Villas is the closest complex to the ocean in Shipyard Plantation. Additionally, Shipyard Plantation is home to the Clipper, Galleon and Brigantine golf courses, the Van der Meer/Shipyard Racquet Club and for your pleasure it offers miles of bike paths draped in Spanish moss that wind past picturesque lagoons.
