This 3 BR 3 ½ BA townhouse in the Beachwalk complex (closest to the beach in Shipyard) has undergone complete freshening and remodeling. It has been newly painted upstairs and down. The kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops and new appliances. The family room, kitchen and hall floors have been redone in 18 x 18 porcelain travertine tiles. These tiles were also used to remodel the living room fireplace. All the bathrooms have been remodeled with new vanities and tile floors, and there is new carpet throughout.
In addition to the fireplace, the living room has a TV, DVD and VCR, plus a sleeper sofa. The light-filled family room has a TV, DVD, VCR. It is open to the kitchen/dining area with large skylights. The kitchen island/snack bar seats two and the charming dining table seats six.
Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, two large windows and a TV. Its private bath has dual sinks and a combination tub/shower. Down the hall is a bedroom with two twin beds and a hall bath. The third bedroom, done in a cheery yellow and blue theme, has two twin beds and its own private bath with a combination shower tub.
This lovely townhouse is just a short one-minute walk to the pool and four minutes to the Shipyard Beach Club, making it a wonderful vacation destination on Hilton Head Island.
