This is a very attractive 2 bedroom 2 full bath villa overlooking a small lagoon and Port Royal fairway. This unusual 2-bedroom vacation retreat sleeps eight for it offers a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living room area.
The Beckenham Court architecture, colors and brick court area have been assembled to look like a quiet restful village somewhere in Europe. The center of the complex offers a peaceful, pretty pool to simply relax. The ocean is nearby and is the equivalent of two blocks away.
The décor and forested view create a very charming ambiance. The living area, as mentioned, has a tan sleeper sofa, a large blue oversized chair, a floor standing big screen 44" TV and DVD. On the wall with the TV is a large pond yacht and oversized world map clock. Adding to the charm are the clapboard end tables and coffee table. Large windows and a sliding glass door provide the scenic lagoon setting. Stepping out onto one of the two private balconies you will find whimsically painted wooden beach chairs and a wrought iron table and four chairs. Back inside, the dining area consists of a natural wicker dining table with four chairs and two extra chairs sitting below the pond yacht. The open kitchen has a country kitchen feel with white clapboard cabinets and shell pull knobs. Antique tiles cover the floor. There is an open view from the kitchen to the windows and balcony.
The master bedroom offers a king bed. The whole bedroom has matching pine furniture which includes end tables, chest and armoire which contains a TV and DVD. Inside the armoire is the modem for the wireless internet. This bedroom has a large sliding glass door access to the balcony. The master bath has a combination shower and tub. The guest bedroom offers two clapboard queen beds with matching chest and armoire. Here also the armoire contains a TV and DVD and Sony Playstation. Once again a sliding glass door leads out to the second balcony with its peaceful views of lagoon, woods and fairway. The guest bathroom offers a combination shower and tub.
Nearby is the Westin Hotel offering various restaurants and shops. Also nearby is a permit parking only beach park which has a playground and comfort stations.
