This new, third row 6BR/6BA home with ocean views, heated pool* and spa* is absolutely exquisite, luxurious and exciting. Many factors such as décor and architectural design contribute to making this an outstanding and unique rental home. For example, a roof top spa for your day or evening pleasure where you can survey the beach and ocean out to the horizon or relax under the stars.
The beautiful great room with its high ceiling, wide crown moldings and saturnia stone includes a wall of windows for your view of the salt marsh and ocean. A plush velvet sleeper sofa couch and chairs all embracing a West Indies theme are centered on the fireplace and the 40" plasma TV with DVD player. In the corner is a handsome wicker and wood cocktail table and chairs. The large dining room table seating six supports the West Indies theme and is situated along the windows for your dining pleasure. Overhead is a splendid chandelier for creating the right dining environment. The gourmet kitchen with its "U" shaped granite top counter is surrounded by six plush breakfast bar stools. The granite, stone, and tiles with stainless steel appliances and dark stained cabinetry and unique lighting, all contribute to making this a deluxe kitchen environment.
A half floor up is the first bedroom with a queen bed, historical hand painted end tables, armoire with TV and VCR and a private bath. The second bedroom with two twins beds is decorated in a sophisticated, yet whimsical, golf theme and includes a TV. This bedroom is serviced by hall bath with antique style sink and a marble and saturnia tile shower.
A full flight up is the first of two beautiful masters. Here you will find a massive four-poster king bed, large plasma screen TV with DVD over the fireplace and a sitting area. The large master bath has been beautifully designed and uses dark marble around the spa tub and dual sinks. The large shower includes two showerheads. Of course there is a spectacular view of salt marsh and ocean and there's a large private deck with table and chairs for relaxing and greeting the morning sun. In the hallway, leading to this master, is a wet bar complete with wine cooler, sink and microwave. Also on this level is the laundry room with granite countertops.
The next half flight up offers two beautifully decorated bedrooms each with a queen bed and their own stone and tile private baths. One of these bedrooms offers a TV with DVD.
Up the next full flight of stairs is another hallway leading to the second master and this hallway also includes a second wet bar with wine cooler and microwave. Upon entering this second master you'll be struck with the ambiance of this majestic setting. Not only will you find a handsome leather and wood King bed, painted chest, velvet chairs, a fireplace and above it the third plasma TV, but also a splendid view of ocean and salt marsh. Once again a large private balcony with table and chairs is available for your pleasure and relaxation. The private saturnia tiled master bath also offers a spa tub surrounded by dual granite sinks and shower.
From your sunny elevated pool and spa balcony you'll directly overlook the ever-changing tidal salt marsh, beyond which you'll have views of the ocean. On the subject of views, as previously mentioned is a roof top spa, including table and chairs offering incredible views, total privacy for sun bathing and a simply majestic setting under the stars.
