Picture your next vacation in an absolutely stunning home. This is an incredible 2nd row 4BR/4BA home. What makes this so spectacular is the fabulous new West Indies décor throughout, as well as the fantastic although narrow view of ocean and Daufuskie Island.
From the moment you walk in, you are struck by the elegant designer décor. Everywhere you look, your eye finds another special treasure from the hand troweled faux-finished stucco walls to the hand-painted furniture to the huge overstuffed sofas filled with opulent pillows in the great room.
The living room also features a marble wood-burning fireplace with grand carved-wood mirror and sconces. Living room includes TV, VCR and 50-CD audio system, and wet bar with brass sink.
The dining area features a large glass topped table supported by two urns, which seats six. This room opens to the spacious kitchen filled with designer wall and window treatments and accessories. It features Jenn Air appliances and has a view of the ocean through the dining area.
Two sets of large sliding glass doors lead off the great room to the sisal carpeted, full-length screened porch, filled with designer wicker rockers to lounge in and enjoy the view.
The main floor is completed by a master bedroom with British West Indies furnishings, including king bed and private bath, and another bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed with private bath.
Downstairs is a sizeable den with 27" TV and VCR in a beautiful handpainted cabinet. The den also features a trundle twin daybed, couches and sliding doors to the pool area. Additionally there are 2 bedrooms, one two twin beds and TV and another with queen bed. Two spacious designer baths service those bedrooms. There is also access to the pool area.
The pool* and spa* is located in a professionally landscaped garden setting and is less than a minute walk to the beach. Also within a short stroll is the resort area of South Beach with its restaurants and shops.
