This is a very exciting and different 1 bedroom villa that sleeps six at Beach & Tennis for it offers a very updated living and kitchen area as well as TV's in the living area, bedroom and small screens at the foot of the bunk beds for showing DVD's. Additionally it has a small electric fireplace, a unique roll up/down screen for the sliding glass door, remodeled kitchen, new beautiful wood flooring and wireless internet.
The remodeled kitchen offers oak wood cabinets, new appliances and very modern track lighting. The living area has a 30" flat screen TV over the fireplace and a green suede like sleeper sofa. An oak table with four chairs is part of this very inviting setting. Off the living area is a wall of windows with a sliding glass door to step out onto your private balcony with small table and chairs. The view is principally wooded with a small salt marsh.
The bedroom offers a queen bed and a wall mounted TV, DVD & VCR. This villa also offers two small bunks (suitable for children) and as mentioned, a DVD player with screen at the foot of each bunk. There is one updated bath with a combination shower and tub.

This resort features two pools, one of which is the largest outdoor pool on the island, plus a children's pool. Also located right at the beach is a pool side seasonal restaurant.
The resort also features 10 lighted tennis courts. Guests receive 2 hours per stay of Free Tennis. Night-time tennis is done through the purchase of tokens.
A Fitness Center has been created and guests may join on a daily or weekly basis. Both the Fitness Center usage and Tennis Court Time are scheduled through the Pro-Shop.
Bikes may be rented on site for an incredible ride along our twelve miles of beach and miles of bike paths.
Other resort amenities include coin operated washers and dryers throughout the resort, BBQ grills, children's playground, a fishing lagoon, and even a convenience store.
