Located within easy walking distance to the beach this fabulous home offers the perfect vacation retreat for your family. As you enter the home you will find a spacious family room with travertine floors, two story ceilings, lots of windows and a large flat screen TV plus a boombox. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with seating for 10. The fully equipped kitchen offers all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an additional dining area for 4. A half bath is also located on the main floor.
Upstairs on the second floor there are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a King bed, TV and DVD Player. The second bedroom has been furnished with a Queen bed, TV and DVD player. The third bedroom offers 2 Queen beds, a TV and DVD player and the fourth bedroom has been outfitted with 2 Twin beds along with a TV and DVD player. Additional sleeping is provided by way of a Sleep Sofa located in the family room.
This property has a large fenced in back yard. Also close by is the Chaplin Community Park, which offers 4 free tennis courts, playground, basketball courts and soccer fields.
