This fabulous 2BR/2BA direct oceanfront deluxe villa is spectacular for it has been completely remodeled and redecorated. Not only is everything new and exciting but the villa is centrally located overlooking the pool and provides a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. From your second floor balcony you have a wonderful oceanfront view that includes ocean, beach, palms and pool.
Inside you'll be delighted with the British West Indies themed furnishings. The living room has been artfully arranged to take maximum advantage of the view and the new flat screen TV with VCR and DVD. The stunning furnishings include a gorgeous sleeper sofa couch. The dining area has a glass top table with seating for six. The kitchen has all new white appliances. Even from the kitchen you are treated to the beautiful ocean views.
The master bedroom with sliding glass doors to the balcony offers a handsome, stunning king bed with matching chest. Here you'll also find a desk that provides a D.S.L. line. Also available is a flat screen TV with built in DVD player. The private master bath has a tub and shower.
The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a flat screen that may be used only in conjunction with the DVD or VCR system. The second full bath may be accessed privately or via a hall entrance.
The large oceanfront pool which may be seasonally heated in the spring and fall* also features a children's pool and a large cabana with a covered deck. Captains Walk is on a bike path and is conveniently located within easy walking distance between two hotels. Additionally, nearby is the Fazio golf course and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.
Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from March 1, 2008 until October 31, 2008.
