Trey ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms and a coffered ceiling in the master on the first floor a long with high ceiling and crown molding add another dimension of luxury. Also note that the kitchen and all baths have granite countertops and all bedrooms have TV's and DVD's as well as in the great room. The great room with its beautiful kitchen and dining area has an inviting living area with a 50" wide screen TV built in over the stone mantle of the gas fireplace. For added sleeping flexibility, there is a sleeper sofa. Off the great room is a balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped pond with fountain.
The elegant master bedroom on the first floor has a king bed, a master bath and also has an armoire with TV and DVD.
On the upper floor is the second master with a king bed, private master bath and armoire with TV and DVD. The third bedroom has a queen bed, private bath along with armoire with TV and DVD. The fourth bedroom shares a bath with the fifth bedroom and has extra long twin beds, TV and DVD. The fifth bedroom offers a queen bed and a sleeper sofa and an armoire with TV and DVD.
Outside there is a heated pool* at the edge of the pond, built in gas grill by the pool and an outdoor shower.

Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three minutes or chauffeured** to via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.
