This is a brand new, gloriously decorated 6 bedroom, 6 bath builder showcase home that has three master bedrooms, high ceilings, beautiful stone and wood floors, fireplace, granite countertops and in ground pool. It also has multiple TV's and DVD players and sleeps up to 15.
This home has been meticulously and beautifully decorated in a rare French country theme. The large great room has stone and wood floors, massive crown moldings, and a fireplace with a large built in TV and DVD above. The living room exudes French country charm with its various rooster pieces, florals, tapestry chairs and couch, checks and stripes. The dining area, set under two massive carriage chandeliers and surrounded by various prints, offers an antique dining room table with comfortable seating for eight.
The open kitchen, as part of the great room, has antiqued stained cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops complimenting the cabinets and four breakfast bar stools. Off the great room is a balcony. The entrance into the wonderful home deserves description, as here you will find an arched doorway, and, upon entry, a striking hand painted chest, an arched mirror and botanical prints greet you. This first floor also offers the first of six bedrooms. Here you will discover a stunning queen bed, matching end tables, and an antique armoire with TV and DVD. The bath, with both a private entrance and hall entrance, has a granite sink and a beautifully designed and crafted stone shower.
Up to the second floor are three superbly appointed master bedrooms. The first has an intricately carved king bed, two matching end tables, palm leaf lamps and a matching chest and mirror. A flat screen TV sits atop the chest. There is also a sliding door out to a small private balcony. The master bath is simply exquisite, for here you will discover a spa tub, separate shower, travertine floors and two separate granite sinks, each with a large antiqued mirror flanked by country sconces.
The second master with its light antiqued, caned king bed offers complimentary end tables, chest of drawers, mirror and candle sconces and various countryside prints and TV. The master bath has an oversized spa tub, separate shower, dual sinks in an ornately carved chest set beneath two large, gilded mirrors and an impressive use of stone on the floor, in the shower and around the spa tub. The third master also offers a unique antique metal king bed, TV and matching chest and end tables with palm leaf lamps. The master bath, with shower only, again offers a lavish use of granite and stone. Also on this floor is the laundry room.
On the third floor is a great children's room. Here you will find two sets of trundle beds (providing 4 twin beds), a TV with DVD, a sitting area, two large chests and a private bath. The sixth and final bedroom has two twin beds as well as a sleeper chair. A hand painted armoire has a TV with DVD and XBox. Also available is a table and four chairs. The private bath has a shower surrounded by travertine tiles and a granite sink. Both the fifth and sixth bedrooms have sliding glass doors opening up to a narrow balcony.
Outside is your private fenced in pool with a gas grill. This home situated in a small complex of beautiful homes and offers a private golf cart shuttle to the beach.
Less than a block away is the town's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three minutes or chauffeured** to via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.
