This is an absolutely stunning brand new 7 Bedroom (offers three masters), 7 bath spectacular vacation home with a heated kidney shaped pool*. This home has been masterfully decorated resulting in an incredible ambiance.
The sophisticated, yet warmly inviting beach themed décor looks like a model showroom befitting any decorating magazine. British West Indies furnishings, hard wood floors, palm leaved chandelier, bamboo blinds and exotic plants just begin to describe this wonderful vacation environment.
This three-story home has been created to provide the guest with all the design detail expected in a home of this quality to include high ceilings, arched windows, tranquil blue/green walls, saturnia floors, waterfall granite counter tops in the kitchen, heart of pine floors on the second floor,decorative gas fireplace, multiple TVs and DVDs, surround sound and high-speed wireless internet.
Up to the first floor and through the arched doors you will be greeted by a beautifully decorated entrance hall with a carved shell mirror, hanging sconces, white antiqued chest, and beautiful ornamental plants.
The great room is stunning as you are delightfully met with a gorgeous granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, white-antiqued cabinets, four breakfast bar stools and the saturnia floor that flows into the living area. The white clapboard wall has a gas fireplace and above it is a 50" built-in TV with DVD flanked by copper sconces, along with large built-in shelves thoughtfully decorated, including lighthouses, antique chests and tropical plants. The sofa, matching distressed wicker chairs, and a chair with ottoman sit upon a large sisal rug. Additional furnishings include a palmed chest, carved bird, and palms.
The dining area seats eight comfortably. Above is a unique three palmed and bamboo chandelier. The dining ambiance is enhanced by four large framed prints of tropical fish, and glass doors leading out to a balcony.
The first of the seven bedrooms is on this floor. Here, you’re offered a very unusual dark rattan queen bed, numerous pillows, matching end tables and lamps, a sitting area with overstuffed chair and footrest. For your entertainment is an antiqued armoire with a plasma TV and DVD. The bath, reflecting the décor and luxury of the whole home has a saturnia counter top sink with antique faucets set into an antique chest. The glass door shower is flanked on three sides by stone. This bathroom offers a private access via the bedroom or hall.
Up to the second floor and here you’ll discover the stunning heart of pine floors. Each of the four bedrooms is unique, having its own private bath. There are two bedrooms with massive king beds, matching chest and end tables, and baths with dual sinks, and saturnia floors and walls.
The third bedroom, once again, beautifully decorated, offers a queen bed and private bath of granite and stone. The final bedroom on this floor has two bunk beds decorated in a red, white and blue nautical theme, TV with DVD and private bath. Completing this floor is the laundry room with saturnia floors.
Up to the third floor is the 3rd master bedroom that is special. Here you’ll not only discover a massive king bed but also a large sitting area with matching chairs, two bamboo bar stools with matching table and another 50" built-in TV, and DVD player. Additionally, there is a sliding glass door, which provides access to a private balcony. The 7th and last bedroom will be the ideal place for the kids. Offered here are two twin beds , TV with DVD, two swivel rocking chairs and table, private bath with dual sinks and shower.
Outside the heated, partially protected 18’ x 8’ pool, lounge area with table and chairs, wall-mounted TV, and a gas BBQ are standing by to offer your group or family more fun and relaxation. The beautiful tropical plantings add a feeling of tranquility to the setting.
A block away is the town's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three to four minute or chauffeured** to via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.

**This home is situated in a small complex of beautiful homes and offers a private golf cart shuttle to the beach Memorial Day through Labor Day 2008, please note that the shuttle does not operate on Saturdays.
