This brand new 7BR/6BA home with pool, elevator, beautiful stone floors, high ceilings, crown molding, two master bedrooms, luxury baths, multiple balconies, granite counter tops in the kitchen, and limited views of the ocean are just a few highlights of this beautiful home. Found in the exciting Singleton Beach area, this home is located in the new Crabline Court enclave next to the Chaplin Park, which offers tennis courts, baseball and soccer fields, and basketball courts. For your ease and comfort, there is a beach shuttle that will take you back-and-forth to the beach, directly from your vacation home.

A private balcony provides a better view of the salt marsh and ocean. The master bath, which is made of stone, offers dual sinks and a stone tiled shower. The third bedroom has a mahogany queen sleigh bed, corner cabinet with a TV/DVD. The fourth bedroom offers twin beds with ornate stenciled headboards, and an inlaid wood armoire with TV/DVD. These bedrooms share a full bath located in between them. The fifth bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, private bath, wall mounted TV/DVD, and sliding glass doors out to a standing room only balcony. Completing this floor is the laundry room.
The top floor has the second master bedroom with a king sleigh bed, armoire with TV/DVD, work desk, DSL line, and a private balcony for the best view of the salt marsh and ocean. The large master bath has a spa tub, large shower and dual sinks. The seventh bedroom or loft areais unique. Not only does it have a set of bunk beds, but also it doubles as a game room. Here you will enjoy a game table, TV/DVD, and a couch. This bedroom and game room ( has a play station) has a private bath.
Outside is an 19' x 6' pool, lawn furniture, table with chairs and a gas grill.
Less than a block away is the town's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three minutes or chauffeured** to via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.
This home situated in a small complex of beautiful homes and offers a private golf cart shuttle to the beach.
The shuttle will run Memorial Day through Labor Day 2008 and will be available 9 AM-5 PM. This shuttle will NOT run on Saturdays.
