This brand new 5BR/5BA near ocean home with pool has been exquisitely furnished in a beautiful West Indies theme. Amenities include radiant hardwood floors, marble, tile, chandeliers, TV's, VCR/DVD's and privacy in the newest neighborhood on Hilton Head Island.
The living room is right out of a West Indies themed photo shoot. Palms and natural woven screens put you in a vacation mode. Entertainment includes TV/VCR/DVD and stereo. As part of the great room, the beautiful rich wood cabinets in the kitchen area, skylight, and breakfast bar flow into a dining room area with a stunning wood and bamboo dining room table that seats eight comfortably below a richly carved chandelier.
All five bedrooms offer a spacious marble and wainscoted private bath. Each bedroom also has a wall mounted TV/VCR as well as an overhead fan. Doors lead out to a deck from each of the bedrooms.
The bedding in the two 1st floor bedrooms consists of a queen sleigh bed in one and twin beds in the other. Upstairs on the second floor is the master with king bed and beautiful armoire offering a TV/VCR/DVD. The private bath includes a spa tub. In the fourth bedroom is a queen bed and the fifth bedroom has two twins beds.
Outside, you may be relaxing on your deck, grilling on your gas grill as you overlook your private palm treed, fenced in yard with your 7'x15' pool.
Less than a block away is the town's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three minutes or chauffeured** to via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.
**This home situated in a small complex of beautiful homes and offers a private golf cart shuttle to the beach.
The shuttle will run Memorial Day through Labor Day 2008 and will be available 9 AM-5 PM. This shuttle will NOT run on Saturdays.
** Parking limited to 4 cars.
