This exciting new 5BR/4.5 Bath home with private pool has been beautifully crafted with wide width natural stained wood floors, high ceiling, stunning molding and gas fireplace. It has also been very attractively decorated with light and dark woods, overstuffed couches, beautiful bedrooms, all with TV's.
The great room is where everyone will want to be. It is designed and decorated to be inviting and comfortable. The couch and love seat sit in front of the fireplace. Off to the side is a pine armoire that holds a TV & DVD. The dining area has a great table that comfortably seats eight with a large attractive chandelier overhead. The kitchen area has been enhanced with attractive cherry wood and glass cabinets, breakfast bar which seats three and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom is on this floor. Here you will find a white clapboard king bed with matching furniture. The white armoire has a TV, VCR and DVD. The large master bath has a combination spa tub and shower, dual sinks and a saturnia floor. Completing this floor is a conveniently located half bath.

Outside, in a white fenced back yard is a 15' long pool, patio with furniture, yard and gas grill.
Less than a block away is the town's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three minutes or chauffeured** to via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.
