This new 4BR/5BA home with heated pool* is wonderfully decorated in a British West Indies theme. High ceilings, beautiful crown moldings, stone floors, lots of windows, along with its coordinated rich dark wooden and palm themed furniture, all contribute to making this a very special vacation home. On top of all this however, add that each of the four bedrooms has its own private bath, its own TV and private access to a balcony. Then as a further enhancement add a separate room with a sleeper sofa, TV and a private bath and a lounge room with TV off the pool and this home quickly becomes a sensational vacation retreat.
The first floor nearly surrounded by windows has a beautiful great room producing a terrific central gathering point. The living area has a large L-shaped wicker and palm print sofa along with two complimentary themed chairs, and matching coffee and end tables. The entertainment cabinet offers a TV, VCR, DVD player with the bottom shelves filled with games. The dining area has a large carved wooden dining table, which comfortably seats eight and matching chest. The adjacent kitchen offers matching dark stained wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and overhead skylight adding to the bright, cheery, comfortable and warming ambiance of this entire room. Sliding glass doors open up onto a balcony with the striking ornate balusters.
Off of the great room is a separate golf memorabilia private room with the sleeper sofa, stunning armoire with TV and access to a balcony and private bath. Also on this floor is the first bedroom, which offers a queen bed, corner mounted TV and VHS and private bath with a combination tub and shower.
Up on the second floor is a majestic master with a beautiful king bed and matching chest and end tables. The master bath offers a large spa tub, separate shower and dual sinks. The master has access to a large balcony. The third bedroom has a queen bed with matching end tables, wall mounted TV with VHS, sliders to a balcony, and private bath with combination shower tub. The fourth bedroom offers twin beds, private bath with tub/shower combination, wall mounted TV with VHS and access to a balcony. The washer and dryer are also on this floor.
On the ground floor is a real extra bonus for here you'll find a lounge with TV, stereo and outdoor furniture including a bar table and two sets of sliding glass doors, which overlook the 7' x 15' heated pool* and yard surrounded by white fencing. Also available is a gas grille on the first floor balcony off of the kitchen.
Less than a block away is the town's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three minutes or chauffeured** to via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.

The shuttle will run Memorial Day through Labor Day 2008 and will be available 9 AM-5 PM. This shuttle will NOT run on Saturdays.
