This new exquisitely decorated 4BR/4.5BA near ocean home will be enjoyed by all. From the downstairs pineapple bedroom to the upstairs seaside cottage bedroom to the palm bedroom to the Caribbean master suite, your vacation home is a tropical paradise.
The great room beautifully captures the West Indies tropical theme with inlaid carved furniture, palms, floral arrangements, marble and rich dark woods. The living room has a leather couch and chair and palm upholstered easy chair. In the massive armoire is the TV & DVD player along with DVD's and games.
The absolutely stunning kitchen with granite countertops and island breakfast bar is flanked on one side by a West Indies dining room table, with seating for six, and on the other side by a gas fireplace, two rattan chairs and writing desk.
The 1st floor bedroom offers a carved pineapple queen bed, armoire with TV/VCR and private bath done in stone and marble. A hall half bath and separate laundry room complete this floor.
Upstairs is the Caribbean master suite with a stunning wood and leather king bed. The suite is also furnished with a mini-refrigerator and stereo as well as an armoire with TV/VCR. The master bath of stone and marble offers a freestanding oval vintage tub and separate shower.
The third bedroom, the "Palm Room", offers a queen bed, palm painted armoire with TV/VCR and a private bath. The fourth bedroom, the "Seaside Cottage", offers a white queen bed and armoire with TV and a private bath.
Outside in your private backyard is an 8'x 20' pool, gas grill, bar and refrigerator.
Less than a block away is the town's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three minutes or chauffeured** to via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.
**This home situated in a small complex of beautiful homes and offers a private golf cart shuttle to the beach.
The shuttle will run Memorial Day through Labor Day 2008 and will be available 9 AM-5 PM. This shuttle will NOT run on Saturdays.
