This is a very charming updated 2BR/2BA ground floor end unit villa located a block from the beach and just steps away from the community pool. The living and dining room area has beautiful blonde hardwood floors and is decorated in a beach theme. Here you'll find a sleeper sofa couch in a bright stripe complimented by two red beach umbrella themed chairs, paintings of beach scenes and a unique chest vividly decorated in vibrant colors depicting sea life along a coral reef. The red dining room table that seats six and the solid blue entertainment center with TV, VCR & DVD complete the Americana beach themed décor.
The complete kitchen features a new, stone tiled floor with an open view into the dining and living area. A full sized washer and dryer are also available.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and TV with DVD player, a private bath and a sliding glass door opening onto a private patio. The guest room offers two twin beds and is serviced by a hall bath.
Outside, entering via the sliding glass doors in the living room, is a very peaceful and tranquil private patio, which is just around the corner from the large sunny community pool. Beyond the pool is a bridge over a fountained lagoon great for spotting turtles and fish.
