This is a fabulous, brand new 6 Bedroom/6.5 baths, over 4,000 square foot, two story home with a pool and heated spa*, spacious deck, elevator and private bath for every bedroom and its Pet Friendly. This home is being professionally decorated in a coastal tropical theme with a "beachy" flair. Consequently, white washed, pine and white painted furnishings will be found throughout this spectacular home.
The design for this exciting home has created a grand and spectacular central great room with windows two story high overlooking the very private pool and heated spa* and deck. The central great room has created two wings, a two stories east and west wing.
The great living area, with designer columns, fireplaces, wet bar and a sleeper sofa, flows into the dining area and gourmet kitchen which has a large breakfast bar, cooking island and serving counter. On the main floor and in the separate wings is the first master with a king-size bed and spa tub in the master bath. The other first floor bedroom offers a two double beds and private bath.
The second floor is composed of two wings, where there are four bedrooms all with private baths. In the first wing, the first and second of these bedrooms both have twin trundle beds. At the far end of the wing is the second master with a king bed and a spa tub. The sixth bedroom with two double beds is in the other wing overlooking the pool.
The spacious deck besides offering a pool and heated spa* also offers a grill and mini kitchen. As a new home in North Forest Beach you are approximately a short five-minute walk to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza with all of its shops and restaurants.
