This 2nd floor end unit with many new furnishings and appliances, is an absolute delight. Up one flight brings you into the large living area with vaulted ceilings. There is a very nice wet bar and seating for 6 on a queen size sleep sofa, a love seat and chair. On the outside wall is a fireplace with a new 42" flat screen TV mounted above it. There is also a stereo system with both CD and Tape player. Adjacent to the living area is a large dining room table with seating for 6. Off the dining room is a spacious balcony with table and chairs and a wooded view.
The kitchen is large and bright with a table and 3 chairs for a morning breakfast or casual lunch. A large refrigerator, new appliances and a corner double sink complete this area. Down the hall towards the bedrooms is a large closet with a side-by-side washer and dryer.
The guest bedroom is at the end of the hall and has 2 twin beds serviced by a full bath with combination shower and tub. On the other side of the hall is the Master bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a TV with a DVD player also. The master bath has a combination shower and large garden tub.
This villa is beautifully furnished and appointed and offers guests a great vacation retreat to enjoy a restful or, depending on your preference, as exciting a vacation as you care to make it.
