A small community feeling is created through the inviting pool which is centrally located on the edge of a 5-acre lake in a serene park-like setting, complete with quaint park benches, garden paths, picturesque gazebo and graceful foot bridge over the water. Adjacent to the pool are the free lighted tennis courts.
This two story townhouse includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The dining area seats 6 very comfortably. This unit includes a washer/dryer. The living room includes TV, VCR and fireplace. French doors open onto a private patio.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. The two bedrooms upstairs both have private baths, too. There is a king size bed in one and twin beds in the other.
Evian is a mere 6-minute bike ride along a bike path to the Plantation’s oceanfront beach club. You are also just minutes away from Golf and the Van Der Meer Racquet Club.
