Located in the heart of Shipyard Plantation, EVIAN is in one of the most beautiful, tranquil settings on the island. EVIAN’s popularity amongst vacationers is due certainly in part to the European feeling created by the French Country architecture of the townhomes and villas.
A small community feeling is created through the inviting pool which is centrally located on the edge of a 5-acre lake in a serene park-like setting, complete with quaint park benches, garden paths, picturesque gazebo and graceful foot bridge over the water. Adjacent to the pool are 6 tennis courts, 2 of which are lit for nightime play.
168 Evian is a second floor end unit with a large covered balcony overlooking the lagoon and wooden bridge leading to the tennis courts and pool. This 2 bedroom villa offers a King bed in the master bedroom and a private bath with garden tub. The master bedroom has been equipped with a TV. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, a TV and a private bath.
The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa (sleep sofa) and loveseat, TV, DVD player and stereo. There is also a wet bar and fireplace in the living room. The dining room offers seating for 6 people in addition to 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar and a fully equipped kitchen.
