    These 3BR /  3BA villas are great in terms of comfort and location.

    On the 1st level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar area and an open dining room (seating 6) leading to a comfortable living area with new furniture, carpeting and tile entryway.

    From the comfortable living room freshly redone with new sofa, loveseat, and 32" high definintion digital TV and digital recorder.  There is a personal computer provided along with high speed interent access. You have a beautiful view to include live oak and palm trees, and golf course.  Sliding doors will lead you to a deck where you can relax and enjoy this view while sipping a ice cold beverage.

    One bedroom is downstairs which has a king-sized bed, new furniture and TV. There is also a bath on this floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One has two queen-sized beds, TV and DVD while the second bedroom has a set of twin beds TV and DVD.  Each bedroom has its own bath.

    The pool complex is just a one minute walk from your villa. The beach, Crowne Plaza Resort, and Shipyard Racquet Club are within a few minutes walk.
