This beautiful, professionally decorated totally remodeled 3BR/3BA is an exciting villa for so many reasons. First of all, everything is new and artfully furnished with a Tommy Bahama look, new tile floor and carpet and freshly painted. Secondly it is located in a beautiful setting within the Shipyard Plantation with windows and decks overlooking the 6th green of the Galleon course. Third, it's less than a two-minute walk to the pool. Nearby is the Van der Meer tennis court and it's within easy walking distance to the beach. Also right next door is the Greens 124, which may be perfect for your family reunion.
Back inside, as you enter you will be met with a beautiful large tiled stone floor and exotic bamboo mirror and palm tree. The great room and dining area compliment each other with richly carved wood furniture, earth tone fabrics and festive prints. The living room offers two sofas positioned for the views out of two sets of sliding glass doors and the large armoire with TV, VCR and DVD. Sitting on top of the tapestry throw rug is a handsome wood coffee table and above this a palm fan. The dining area offers an elegant dining table with seating for six. The totally remodeled kitchen with all new appliances has marble countertops and black wall tiles for a very warm and contempory look. Aside the kitchen is the laundry area.
The first floor bedroom is very impressive, for it has both a beautiful and stately feeling with its massive wood carved bamboo look featured in the King bed, both chests of drawers and large night stands. Palm plants, bamboo framed tropical prints, ornate wicker baskets, palm bedspread, wicker overhead fan and sliding glass doors leading to a deck framed by large palm trees make this a splendid master. There is also a TV in the armoire. The master bath has dual sinks, new tiled floor, beautiful mirrors and prints.
Walking up to the second floor you are met by two more mirrors on a landing, which is under a skylight. The second bedroom with private bath resembles the first. It features mahogany carved furniture with a queen bed, armoire with TV, VCR and DVD, architectural tripod lamps and bamboo framed tropical prints. The view includes oaks, palms fairway and green.
The third bedroom features two twin beds, tropical prints, TV, VCR and DVD and is serviced by a hall bath.
Outside on the wrap around deck is a large patio table with seating for six, as well as a large gas grill.
