This 2006 remodeled villa has a bright, fresh beach feel. The villa has been freshly painted inside and out. The villa has been updated with a new sleeper sofa and love seat. Easy chairs and a DVD are found in the living area. From the living room, you have a beautiful view to include live oak and palm trees and the golf course.
The dining area seats six with a pass through to the bright, fully equipped kitchen. A front breakfast room and half bath is on this floor.
Walking upstairs, you will find beach mirrors and decor under a skylight.
The master bedroom has a tropical feel with new king-size bed, armoire, day-bed and palm bedspreads. A TV and VCR are in the armoire. The master bath has been updated with palm accessories.
The second bedroom features two twin beds, TV and VCR. A full sized washer/dryer and hall bath are nearby.
The resort pool is a short walk. Across the street from the villa is the Van Der Meer Tennis Club, and the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It is an easy five minute walk to the beach through the Shipyard Beach Club access.
