This 2BR/2BA oceanview villa in the oceanfront Hampton Place complex in Palmetto Dunes Plantation is a showcase ocean view villa for it has been beautifully decorated throughout. The ambiance created from its travertine tiled floor to it's crown molding and everything in between creates a feeling of luxury and comfort. Each bedroom along with the great room has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean along with palms and oaks.
The great room with two plush couches and armoire containing a TV and VCR are enhanced with palm trees, beautiful windows treatments and access to your private balcony. Extending beyond the living area is the updated kitchen with white appliances, blond cabinets and breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area with wood and glass table seats six and is adorned by a striking grapevine chandelier. Completing the great room is a built -in bar.
The royal master bedroom is furnished with a king sleigh bed with matching armoire containing a TV and VCR. The palmed red maroon bedspread matches the walls resulting in a truly majestic setting highlighted by a wall of windows with views out to the ocean. The master bath offers a separate spa tub and dual sinks.
The bright and uplifting guest bedroom with a pine queen bed and a twin bed has a pine chest of drawers and is decorated with blue and yellow bedspreads and windows treatments. A large sliding glass door provides access to the balcony, once again offering views of the beach and ocean. The private bath also offers a combination spa tub and shower.
The amenities of Hampton Place include two sunny pools, spa and children's pool set in a garden environment. Covered parking is also available.
Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from March 1, 2008 until October 31, 2008.
