This lovely 3BR / 4BA Villa in the Sea Pines, area close to Harbor Town, has a wonderful blend of modern beauty mixed with a nostalgic ambiance. As you enter this three level villa on the second level, you are brought to the formal living area with its leather couch and love seat. For your entertainment, an armoire houses a TV, VCR and DVD player. Further along is the open dining room with glass top table seating six. The adjacent kitchen is white, with palm tree wall murals on each end and a breakfast area with two chairs for a quick snack.
Moving down the hall is a bedroom with a queen bed, TV and VCR. This bedroom has a nearby hall bath. There is a laundry room on this level too.
Up the stairs to the third level, you'll find two more bedrooms. The master has two queen-sized beds plus a sitting area. The sitting area has a sleeper sofa plus twin single sleeper and TV. This room also has wall murals resembling a desert oasis. There is a private, master bath with palm tree murals that make you feel like you have reached the oasis. As an extra bonus, there is a private deck overlooking the pool.
The second bedroom contains two twin beds with a TV for entertainment. The private bath has a shower and tub.
When you want to have some real fun, you'll be stepping down to the first level. Here, you'll find a wet bar with granite countertops, refrigerator and ice-maker. This family game room has two sleeper sofas and armoire with TV, VCR, DVD and disc player. On the walls, you'll find two nostalgic wall murals. One mural is Betty Boop and the other is a Surfin' Safari. They're guaranteed to conger up some laughs and conversation. Bring you're beach music. A full bath is also available on this level.
