This splendid 2 BR/2.5 bath top floor penthouse villa offers a sensational view of the beautiful Shelter Cove marina and harbour. Right at waters edge, your views allow you to gaze out onto the picturesque harbour filled with glistening boats of all descriptions. Look down on palms and oaks and the famous Shelter Cove boardwalk with its many famous shops and restaurants including San Miguels, Scotts Fish Market and Parrot Cove.
While your views are splendid from the entire great room and master, the best place for the greatest enjoyment is your very private balcony. With its high table and chairs you can comfortably gaze out, not only onto the picturesque marina, but out onto the intercoastal waterway watching kayakers in the distance.
What will make your vacation on Hilton Head Island all the more exciting is the outstanding villa. Beautiful furnishings including the matching leather sleeper sofa and love seat, massive armoire with TV, DVD and VCR, fabric overstuffed chairs, stunning nautical paintings and wall art and unique carousel coffee table all combine to produce a sensational vacation ambiance. The dining area, as part of the spacious great room, offers a wooden glass topped table with seating for six. The open kitchen with marina views has a large breakfast bar with four chairs, trayed ceiling, natural wood cabinets and all white appliances. Completing this floor is a beautiful entry area and half bath. The entire area just described has flooring of a stunning white marbled type tile.
At the end of the day, retreat to your two-bedroom sanctuary up a circular staircase. The master offers a most luxuriant feeling due to the, once again, spectacular harbour view, the massive king bed with matching end tables, chest, mirror and armoire with TV. The luxury continues for also offered is a step up sunken extra wide cultured marble tub. The rest of the bath offers double sinks and shower. The guest bedroom has two double beds and its own private bath with a cultured marble counter top and a combination shower and tub. Off the hall between the two bedrooms are the washer and dryer.
The sunny pool is just steps away. The beach and ocean can be easily reached by way of the Palmetto Dunes Plantation. There is even a bus shuttle that will take you back and forth from the beach. The shops along the harbour include, to name a few, Christmas on the Harbour, Bistro 17, Little Venice, Camp Hilton Head, Galleries and Life's a Beach. This wonderful vacation retreat offers the views, beautiful villa and the shops and restaurants and of course the beach.
