This attractive and very nicely decorated 2 BR/2.5 BA spacious villa is just a few steps from the pool and a few minute walk to Harbour Town in Sea Pines Plantation. Set amidst a pine forest, this villa offers comfort and style. In the large living and dining area you will find a beautiful wood floor with two tapestry area rugs. The living area offers matching green tropical prints on the sleeper sofa and love seat along with a white wicker coffee table and chair. The entertainment center offers a TV DVD/VCR along with numerous plantings and a colorful tropical bird carving. A wide sliding glass door opens up to a patio with wrought iron table and chairs. The adjoining dining area offers a white glass topped table with seating for six set below a white chandelier and glass door clapboard chest. Another sliding glass door opens out to a small patio with chairs. The pretty updated kitchen has all white appliances, white clapboard cupboards and a tiled floor. Completing this floor is a half bath, and the washer and dryer off the kitchen. br>
Upstairs is the large master bedroom with private bath which offers a white wicker king bed with matching chest, end tables, chair and mirror. On the chest is a TV. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with matching chest and mirror and also has a TV with DVD. Somewhat unique for a guest bedroom is that it too has a private bath. br>
Harbour Town with its candy striped lighthouse, marina, shops and restaurants is just a short walk away. Guests can drive, use the abundant bike paths or take the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley to the beach and the Sea Pines Beach Club.
